I had a falling out with my church (Baptist) due to the fact that I am bisexual. I know that Episcopalians accept homosexuals and people of the sort, but I needed to know if it’s right for me, based on my values and beliefs. A quick compare and contrast would be nice.

Im a Baptist myself, just really curious. From what I can tell not much at all except the Messianic Jew holds true to the festivals and traditions. And if theres not really a difference then why Baptist and not Jewish, right?
I grew up in a baptist church but I have always wondered what the difference was between the baptist and methodist churches. In my hometown the two churches would combine services every Thanksgiving so I know that there isn’t a big difference.
My fiancee’s grandparents are very very catholic and I signed our daughter up for a weekly class at a Baptist church…her friend from next door goes there and will be in the same class.

I notice that most 1st Baptist Churches I’ve visited were predominately white and most 2d Baptist churches I’ve visited were predominately black. Does this have anything to do with segregation?
